the staff was helpful. they offered tea while i waited to be checked in. i was transported to my building via golf cart and learned about the ramadan festivities (it was the final day!). the room was clean and had modern amenities.

The hotel does not have its own parking. guests use souq waqif's parking. It was a 4-5 minute walk away. this was not clear when i booked. i returned from breakfast to a power outage that lasted nearly two hours. there was no air conditioning or water pressure. The hotel offered no clear solution.

Kynn assisted me in easily navigating my first trip. Eugene's radiant energy. Swabir, the lifeguard, provided valuable swimming tips. Ebtssam ensured a smooth check-out process, and Ansar, the driver, shared a metro map to show local points.

The hotel confirmation lacked specific details, it did not have the hotel name. This caused initial confusion upon arrival.

The shower was a problem. It flooded the bathroom every time i used it. i asked them to fix it, but nothing happened. it took multiple calls to get anything done around here. Even simple requests were delayed.
